A privileged partner: GIFAS

The Grouping of French Aeronautics and Space Industries (GIFAS), the ISAE-SUPAERO Foundation and the ISAE Group have signed a sponsorship agreement to develop high-level academic and professional programs in the aerospace systems fields in Europe, support research, encourage diversity and promote the professions in this innovative sector among young people. In response to the major challenges and technological breakthroughs foreseen in the aeronautics and space sector in the coming years (equipment that is safer, has improved performances, is “smarter” and more respectful of the environment), this tripartite sponsorship agreement puts the skills of future engineers at the heart of the signatories’ priorities

Partnership with the UNIT Foundation: Strategic Support for Educational Innovation

The ISAE Group works closely with UNIT (Université Numérique Ingénierie et Technologie [https://unit.eu]), which supports its members in various activities relating to digital technology in education. UNIT facilitates the preparation of responses to complex educational tenders, leads multi-partner projects such as DAEU Sonate (distance learning diplomas for access to university studies) and VINUM (a programme supporting agricultural, viticultural and forestry training), offers expertise in managing the Moodle LMS (an e-learning platform predominantly used in higher education) and aids in the creation of digital resources. This partnership also facilitates support for the production of open educational resources or other innovative initiatives, and provides access to a community of education and digital technology professionals, as well as a wide range of engineering resources. Recently, this collaboration has led to the launch of a POC (Proof of Concept) centred on the NaaS (Nuggets as a Service) platform, of which the ISAE Group’s Microlearning platform is one of the outcomes. UNIT has also facilitated the creation of micro-content through the PUNCHY project (production of reusable digital educational content). Furthermore, opportunities for technological experimentation, such as the provision of Buddy robots (programmable social robots) in 2025, are currently underway. UNIT plays a key role in the educational and digital transformation of institutions, thereby benefiting the entire ISAE Group.

Strategic Partnership with Dassault Systems

The ISAE Group, as a premium partner, works closely with Dassault Systems to integrate the 3DEXPERIENCE platform into the Group’s schools’ training programmes. As part of this, dedicated support is being put in place to assist ISAE Group users, thereby strengthening the synergy between Dassault Systems’ 3DEXPERIENCE EDU teams and training managers. The ISAE Group’s 3DEXPERIENCE administrators are early adopters of certain new “Apps” from the platform’s academic portfolio. They contribute to the development of new applications for the academic world by participating in beta-testing campaigns, such as the “Teacher App”, which enables the efficient and large-scale deployment of industrial environments for students. This facilitates the integration of the platform’s capabilities into curricula, user certification, and the exploration of new academic applications. This cooperation is essential to meet the expectations of students and industry partners, while simultaneously strengthening the link between the training ecosystem and the aerospace sector.

Aérométiers

Created in 1999, the Aérométiers association aims to promote the diversity of careers and training in the aerospace industry, including aviation and airport sectors (the 3As). Today, Aérométiers brings together the DGAC, GIFAS (Groupement des Industries Françaises de l’Aéronautique et du Spatial), FNAM (Fédération Nationale de l’Aviation et de ses Métiers), numerous companies including Air France, Airbus, Groupe ADP, as well as the French Air and Space Force and the ISAE Group. Aérométiers carries out its mission through a wide range of events (trade shows, forums, company visits, school conferences, etc.) as well as through digital tools (websites www.aerometiers.fr, www.feminisonslaeronautique.fr and social media) and traditional media (national, local, generalist or specialized press, youth press…). Aérométiers has also launched and is leading the initiative "Feminisons les métiers de l’Aéronautique et du Spatial," which aims to increase gender diversity in scientific and technical professions in the 3A sectors and brings together more than 30 participants, including the DGAC, professional federations, companies and training centers, as well as the ISAE group.

Elles bougent

Since 2006, Elles bougent, a non-profit organization, has been introducing elementary, middle, and high school female students to exciting careers in industrial, technological, and scientific sectors that are in need of talents, including automotive, aerospace, energy, rail, maritime, digital, defense, and construction. By breaking down gender stereotypes and promoting diversity, Elles bougent raises awareness among more than 65,000 girls each year through inspiring encounters with female engineers, technicians, and tech experts. With more than 350 partners, over 15,000 role models, and 2,000 annual initiatives, the association aims to inspire vocations and strengthen the position of women in the professions of the future. Elles bougent also works actively to raise awareness of gender stereotypes among parents, educators, and girls in order to remove barriers to pursuing technical and technological fields.
